The toString() method now encodes the query string when necessary.
The previous version only encoded the return url.
A new toString(...) method that accepts an encoding was added.

Changed the redirect(...) method so it automtically encodes the supplied url when necessary.

Added a new encodeUrl(...) method to encode a url when necessary.

Added a link to test redirecting to other pages.

Updated to build 1,0 build 4.

Now fills in the stack trace for all Exceptions and Errors and logs the Exception or Error!

The nested LinkedListNode class has been enhanced with a moveBefore(...) method
and the insertBefore(...) is now able to insert before any position (not just the head).
The changes mentioned above made the code for the CCache itself more simple.
