Currently a two digit year like 04 for example is
accepted as 0004. We should either add the correct
century or probably better, accept only dates that
include the century.
Solved in 3.2.x versions.
By default a valid year is required.
You can optionally override this behavior in the formatter in cases a year like 004 is valid.
