[Jxml2sql-dev] Version 0.2.0 Release

JXML2SQL and libJXML2SQL v0.2.0 (stable) have been released.

In addition, the tag JXML2SQL_0_2_0 has been applied to the following 
modules in CVS:

jxml2sql
jxml2sql-page
libjxml2sql

I know this is slightly different then how I tagged them for 
0.1.0-pre2, but the above way is how it should be done, sorry.  I don't 
know what I was thinking last time around.
