#1 Patch to fix big jwnl1.1 bugs

Fixes:

NumberFormatException
Invalid dtd reference in properties files

If you don't want to apply this patch, do the following:
1. add JWNLResource_en.properties and
PrincetonResource_en.properties to jwnl.jar
2. change the DOCTYPE line in the file_properties.xml
and/or map_properties.xml file(s) to point to the
location of jwnl_properties.dtd on your hard drive.
