Well the Exception part that tells you what is going
wrong is following:
>refused. Check that the hostname and port is
>correct, and that the
>postmaster is running with the -i flag, which
>enables TCP/IP networking.
The standard plugin implementations are using Castor
to map to an RDBMS, and the problem stems from the
fact that a connection to the RDBMS database is
refused. I am developing using PostgreSQL (but it
should be possible to adapt the mappings and SQL
database init script to other database supported by
Castor), the postmaster is the database engine of
PostgreSQL (that's what you see in the Exception).
Basically you have following options:
1. setup PostgreSQL, configure it to allow access,
setup the database (scripts are in db) and run jwma
2. Use experimental MySQL support (was submitted by
another jwma user).
3. Use the XML plugin for the preferences and probably
a self written ContactManagement Plugin.
