#111 A simple interface to NicelyResynchronizingAjaxController

As per the discussion on the mailing list, there should be a simple way to use the NicelyResynchronizingAjaxController in HtmlUnit-based tests. Something portable like:

((HtmlUnitTestingEngine) getTestingEngine()).setUseResynchronizingAjax(true);
