#131 getSubmitButton doesn't recognise button elements

The getSubmitButton(buttonName) method of HtmlUnitTestingEngineImpl has some logic in it to recognise buttons of the form:

<button type="submit" name="xyz">

However, this logic is never called, since the method only considers elements of the form:

<input type="submit" name="xyz">

Attached is a patch which will allow button elements to be considered.
