CVS updated

I have updated the CVS archive to reflect changes I have been making on my home machine (I've been having some internet problems lately.) The version in CVS is more or less functional, though it is still rough and not feature complete. The easiest way to try it is to run 'ant test' from the main 'jwebmon' directory.

I hope to add a BeanShell based scripting language at some point to allow users to program relatively simple checks if they want (perhaps a simple regex for the last date on the page for example.) That is still a ways off however.
