#1 Automatic camera discovery

Right now, my camera is hard coded into the
application, as well as all the parameters (image size,
bit depth, fps etc).
the camera should be configurable.

This is included in SimpleClient now. Maybe the method #findFirstUsableDevice(Format) could be moved into a utility class now.
