    and he understands only in such look: 10000001h.

    It's not a defect.
    Hexadecimal numbers must be written like this:
    1E0Dh (C-style: 0x1E0D)
    0FFFFh (C-style: 0xFFFF)

    Yes, but WASM compatibility is not a goal of JWasm. The code is still in there: there's a constant CHEXPREFIX in globals.h, which enables/disables this feature. However, no guarantee that it still works.
