I have just released v0.0.3 of the Server Specification. This is a total rewrite and sort of a downgrade right now. I'm hoping to do another release or two before May 13th when I head back home for the summer. I'm not sure how many updates I will be able to do once I'm back home, I still have yet to figure out how to dial-up using Linux :)

I've just uploaded the server specification. A release has been made under the modulde serverdoc (you can also used this name to download the source from cvs).

Please note that I have done away with techdoc and currently the server documentation is the only one available. I have also switched from using Linuxdoc to docbook, so make sure you compile the source correctly.
