(Newbie question) Please help, can't compile my .java

Hey,
I took the DDelay.java from the examples, modified it and tried to compile it, but failed and got 18 errors (attachment shows most of them).
After that i tried compiling the original DDelay.java and got the same errors.
My guess is that javac doesn't have access to the jVST javadocs. Is this right? And how do I fix it?
Sorry for the noob question, but I've been googling for hours and I really can't fix it. Thanks!
