#6 yank doesn\'t work with colon commands

This is a feature I use alot in other VI editors:

Mark the top of some text with "'a", then mark the bottom with ''b". Then do the colon command:
":'a,'by" (read, yank starting from bookmark a to bookmark b into the buffer). For some reason, this
doesn't work in jbvi.

Note that ":'a,'bs/foo/bar/g" (search/replace between bookmarks) works fine.

WorkAround: mark top with 'a, mark bottom with 'b, then navigate cursor to top with "'a", then do
a "y'b" (yank to bookmark b)

    This is also my primary form of using 'y'ank, I often will use ranged yank to copy a large region of text, please implement this rather than forcing the above workaround, 10 years of habit don't die easy.
