I want to indent lines from #10 to #20. ":10,20>" doesn't work, but ">>" and "10>>" both work.

Changing to feature request, :[range]> was never implemented.

Indenting dosen't work either in visual mode when selected by Ctrl-v. There is a message: --VISUAL BLOCK-- Visual block mode: '>' not implemented [ 3x1 > ]
    I would appreciate this feature.

    Fixed in CVS

:[range]< Shift [range] lines one 'shiftwidth' left. Repeat '<'
    for shifting multiple 'shiftwidth's.

:[range]> Shift [range] lines one 'shiftwidth' right.
Repeat '>' for shifting multiple 'shiftwidth's.
