#97 NB6.7 empty file bottom not supported

No

Netbeans 6.7 has a very nice new feature: the editor can scroll beyond the last line.
This makes it possible to scroll the last line to the middle of the screen.

But this new behavior is not yet supported by jVi; issues found so far:
- when the last line is scrolled to the middle of the screen, pressing 'dd' scrolls the last line to the bottom of the screen again
- 'zz' doesn't work correctly (it is also not 'empty-page-bottom' aware)
- next search result has the same flaw

I'm sure this one will be interesting. NB's algorithm will have to be determined and jVi will need to provide a hook so that the platform can make that info available to the jVi core. Then jVi's algorithms will have to be tweaked to take that into account.
