jVi 1.4.3 (just upgraded an hour ago)
JDK 1.6.0_24 64-bit
Windows 7 64-bit
When editing a Java file, I cursor down past the bottom of the editor window AND KEEP GOING FOR A BIT, and file scrolls up one line for each time I press the cursor down-arrow key after passing the bottom of the editor window, as expected.
Then, when I press the up-arrow key (still at the bottom of the editor window) instead of moving the cursor up one line as it should, the while window scrolls down one line and the cursor stay at the bottom of the window. If I keep pressing, it stops doing this eventually. Actually, it stop with the window contents reach their original position.
While it doesn't happen each and every time, it happens more often then not.
I never saw this before upgrading to jVi 1.4.3.
