#4 Problem with IBM MVS System

When the FtpFile is created between the path and the
name is a slash "/" inserted. This slash is not
recognized by the IBM MVS and an error is generated. A
solution would be another constructor in the FtpFile,
that tokenizes the path in subdirectories and executes a
CWD command for each subdirectory until the wanted
path is the current path. Then assign the file with no
path.
