Simply boot from cd, login with username root password snorby. run /usr/bin/remastersys-installer and follow the instructions. Once installed you can change any of the passwords you want. They are all snorby.

I created this iso because I got tired of reinstalling snorby with all dependencies. The base OS is Debian Wheezy 7.0 64bit. If I receive enough requests I will build a 32bit version.

This is only snorby not snort. If you want remote IDS's and Sagan SEIM logging to it, just make SQL listen on the static IP you give the box and give the remote box privilege to log via SQL. Here is an example on how to allow remote logging to this snorby box.
