#2 Save settings in $HOME/Settings/ as other Qtopia apps do

In OpenEmbedded we have justreader 2.0k. It was
included in OpenZaurus 3.5.2 and Familiar 0.8.

Many users complain that JR doesn't save settings.
After checking it looks that it save them in
$HOME/Choices/common/ which is non-standard place in
Qtopia based enviroments (it's rather RISC OS way).

I added patch which change it to $HOME/Settings/ like
it is in other stuff.

I hope that that patch will be accepted.
