Ahoy, the 1.0 is here, finally, managed to find time to clear some bugs, and to write better installation. Refer to the files section to grab the .gz-ip, install is included inside.

I removed the manuals package, as its useless :(

Something else: justchat has at least 3 known implementators now, that Im in contact with - people who actually use the app live!

Hi everybody, after a very long break, the dev is still here, and still alive! :)))

I need to spned quite some time writing the specification now, wich I will do a.s.a.p., but just wanted to inform whovere is interested, that the beta 1.0 is available in the CVS - in the factchat/release folder are all files, that will be included in the new release archive. You can play around without docs for the moment, if you wish.... read more

There is a new version currently under development, so please come again soon, to download it. It will include a lot of changes and bugfixes, here is some of them:

1. customisable skins
2. customisable sounds
3. simple username authentication
4. simple moderations for the chat
5. specified user'smessages hiding/highlighting
6. simple private messages

- users reordering fix
- database connection problem fix
- messages frlow bug fix

This new release is much more stable than the previos. Please everybody who have downloaded the previous release, udpate from this one.

Support for both mysql and pgsql are now enabled to the php backend, so that the application is much more scalable now.

Justchat has it first public release available for download as binaries, and installation manual. Full code can be downloaded via the CVS repository.

JustChat is now in SourceFourge. I will put all effort I can to manage all the services that are availbale here - CVS, downloads, as soon as possible. tnx to the sourceforge team!
