Jurpe v0.3.8 released

Jurpe v.0.3.8 has been released for Java, Windows, MacOS X and Linux environments.

Jurpe is an Open Source Java library to support the writing of new Role Playing Games. It follows a skill based, three dice RPG ruleset. Jurpe library comes with JurpeDemo, a full featured dungeon crawling adventure that demonstrates the capabilities of Jurpe engine.

New in this version: ranged combat (archery and aim skill).
