Any Chance of getting the "ready to use" jar file signed by a fully-trusted cert?

Now that Java is blocking self-signed jars from running (as of 7u51) is there a possibility that the "Ready to Run" version of this wonderful tool (site/wjhk.jupload.jar) will get a proper signing? Otherwise, it really isn't "ready to run".

As you know (or you wouldn't be asking this question ;-) ) the cheapest universally accepted (i.e. by all browsers out-of-the-box) Code Signing Certificate is £150 ($230) per year, and will only be issued to corporate organizations, so I wouldn't think so. Not unless someone is prepared to pay for it?
