When we use feature drag and drop feature and restricted file types , the jupload issues multiple error dialog boxes for each invalid file for the multiple files upload . There should be way to omit this either by providing user specify users answer(say ignore all such warnings after the first error) or there should be an option upload failures at the of the upload

    Hi,

When you drop mulitple files, and some of these files are not allowed, there is a dialog box with two buttons: OK and Cancel.

    Cancel will stop dropping files.

It's then up to the user to better filter these files.

My users/testers have also complained about this type of behavior when selecting an entire folder to be uploaded. Can we replace the current dialog with a single page / dialog box that indicates which items were successfully added and which ones weren't? If we can come up with some specs regarding this then I would be willing to work on the enhancement.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

If I understand correctly, your proposal is to display the list of refused files, on one unique alert window. Correct ?

Seems ok to me. The only point is how to display the files, when there are too many of them.

I'll be happy to have other's contribution. If you want, I can allow commit access to you. For instance a specific branch on SVN, and we'll merge with the trunk when everything is ready.
