#20 Implement proxy authentication

The current code does not support proxy authentication. In order to use the applet behind authenticating proxies, this should be implemented.

Proposed order of mechanism importance:

Basic-Auth
LDAP
NTLM
Kerberos

As per the discussion, there may be some underlying support in the java client for obtaining proxy credentials from the browser settings
