IE7 crash when reload the applet

When I load the page http://jupload.sourceforge.net/applet-basic-picture.html, the applet is ok.
If I relaod the page, IE7 crash.

I have the same problem in application where I use the applet. it worked there a few months back.

Using Windows 7, java 6 (1.6.0_26-b03) , IE7.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
