#12 JUnit report links are broken
There are sometimes problems getting the correct URL generated to a JUnit report.
Workaround: Sometimes it is possible to get the link generated correctly if generating the same history twice, there is a difference between an existing and empty thest history output folder.
Codewise this has been fixed for the 2.0+ version in SVN.
