#1 configuration for marker-interface

How could the marker interface for an Incomplete
Unittest be defined?
-per System- Property (
java
-DincompleteUnitTestMarker=junitour.UnitTestIncomplete
main...
-per (additional) property file (junitour.properties)
-per static access to library (bad! this could break
any classloading or lib dependencies!)
