A long classpath is never a good. 

It is an even worse, if you want to 
pass it to a batch file.

My suggestion is to shorten the classpath.

If that does not help, you meight adjust 
the batch and the settings of your IDE 
calling it. 

But the better way would be to use ANT
for the build process and include JUnitDoclet
there as well.
