Summary: allow default timeout for all tests

Initial Comment:
We use junit 4.5 and ant for our build and testing environment and decided it would be nice if all tests without a timeout set could have a default timeout set for them.  It would also be nice to see the stack trace of all threads at the time of the timeout.


I've been working on a patch to do this and will post it soon.  Hopefully this can go into the next release.
