#4 Provide system statistics in test results

Provide an ActivityMonitor interface:

or similar. Might want to enhance this simple interface a bit more, for example to provide an average satistic over the last x seconds, or since a previous time point t, or to provide more detailed stats.

Write an implementation of this interface that forks the unix 'sar' process, and parses its output to provide the stats. Include the stats in test output.
