#2 Make it possible to configure warm-up laps.

JVMs require a few warm-up laps of test code to be run so that the JIT compiler can do its work, and possibly so that application caches can be filled, configuration files read etc.

Add a cyclic barrier point to the scaled test decorator, between the per-thread setup and the test runs, which will run a configurable number of warm up laps outside of the total test time.

Add a command line option to specify the number of warm-up laps, defaulting to zero.
