#13 Enhance surefire compatability.

The maven 2 pluging already has some compatability with the surefire plugin. For example, it will not run tests when maven.test.skip=true is set.

Enhance the compatability so that it becomes a drop in replacement for surefire, but offering the extended capabilities of the toolkit. For example, by default it will run each test once, but moving unit tests over to the toolkit from surefire will allow them to be optionally run many times/for a duration/in parallel/with varying parameters etc.
