Attached is a patch to add 'OUNCE SIGN' (U+2125) to
Junicode-Regular. This symbol appears in older texts
involving references to pharmacy or medicine. (It's
come up in a text I'm working on for Project
Gutenberg.) Derived from 'LATIN SMALL LETTER EZH' (U+0292).

I have not ported this character to the Bold, Italic or
BoldItalic variants, as I am not certain how that's done.

This patch applies to the stable version (0.6.11).

This is my first font creation task; please let me know
if there's something I should have done differently or
better.
