Hello everyone,

I have a large graph with disjoint components. I am using aggregate layout with
ISOM layout for individual components. All the vertices have different x, y
coordinates. However, when I try to visualize them, they tend to overlap. On
zooming, I notice that initially overlapping vertices are actually far apart.
Is there a way how one can avoid overlap in the initial view itself.

I searched the forum for a solution without any success. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
