Is there support for measuring Assortativity coefficient or Neighbor connectivity in JUNG?
I did not see anything in the scoring package. In fact I did not find any graph level metrics at all - am I missing something?

No, we don't have an implementation of either of those metrics. If we did, they would be in the algorithms.metrics subpackage.
It looks like it ought to be pretty easy to implement, though. If you have any questions about how to do that, let us know.
