#149 Lattice2DGenerator.getGridEdgeCount() computes wrong answer

In Jung 2.0.1, Lattice2DGenerator.getGridEdgeCount() fails to handle the special case when is_toroidal=true and either col_count=2 or row_count=2. That requires different settings for the variable boundary_adjustment.
