#6 subprocess /sbin/mkswap failed with 1

Jumpstart v1.0 DS10 30G Maxtor 53073U6 ATA drive

Randomly fails with the error message "subprocess
/sbin/mkswap failed with 1" Re-running jumpstart a
second time completes the setup ok.

This has shown up on several DS10's in MFG.

Does it only happen with that particular disk drive? I
haven't seen that before in my testing; I'm wondering how
hardware-specific
this might be. Any feel for how often it does this? Do you
think I might be able to reproduce it if I just tried a
particular sequence of steps repeatedly?

Also, have you tried v1.1 at all, and if so, does it do the
same things (just trying to narrow down the variables a
bit)?
