#16 be able to pin down items

hey awesome app you got here. thanks for makin it.

i've been using it for a year now and its great.
sometimes tho i have an urge to pin down one item in the list for a day.

this might be similar to https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=1946146&group_id=161516&atid=820151 (or not)
however this feature doesnt require many ui changes -- unless u cant put pins in menu items (dunno
much about apple gui programming) -- and i think its a natural extension to app's functionality.
