#1 WMS and "SVG+XML"- image

I'm not sure if there is a error, bug or an missing feature here :
can openjump display from a WMS "svg + xml" format in the map-window?
All other imageformats from getcapabilities like tiff, jpg and so on works.
With "SVG+XML" i can only see a blank map-window without error-messages or my local layers.
Here is a URL from a server, which may also provide SVG + XML:

I have tested any builds and differently equipped LAN-locations (my office, my ARCGIS-intranet-Server , my home).

It is a missing feature. There are also other formats which may be supported by the server but not by OpenJUMP like application/x-pdf and application/vnd.google-earth.kml+xml from Mapserver 6.0. It is also possible to configure Mapserver to send such kind of tiffs that OpenJUMP cannot open them.
