#191 Hide "Dummy Reader" From User

[The Sunburned Surveyor]

A "Dummy Reader" was added to OpenJUMP to facilitate zip files with miscellaneous XML files ( such as ESRI metadata files). This file is currently available through the GUI to the user. When used to read an input file, it does nothing. It should be hidden from the user in the GUI.
