I've put up an initial release of the command line tools for Windows.
The protocol documentation has been updated/reorganized to now also include the DVD changer protocol. It is now located at <http://juken.sourceforge.net/protocol/>
Enjoy!
Check the "Mailing Lists" section for the recently created juken-develop list ...
Most of the protocol has now been decoded. There are some outstanding portions to be resolved, but a fairly complete knowledge of what the protocol is and how it is used is now known. The documentation at http://juken.sourceforge.net/protocol.html contains the cryptic notes I've made throughout the process. At some point I'll try to clean up the description. What's there (combined with the sources in CVS) should be enough for others to experiment with controlling the player.
I've made some more progress on decoding protocol ... see http://juken.sourceforge.net/protocol.html for a more up to date version.
The code in CVS has been updated (some comments, a few improvements, and a README/TODO). This coming week, I'll have some time off, so I hope to be able to look into some more protocol decoding soon ...
A draft version of the protocol description is available at:
http://juken.sourceforge.net/protocol.html
It is still very rough but it will evolve as more is learned about the protocol.
