#75 Setting "start" directory for opening files

It would be great to be able to specify a default directory, to be shown when one wants to open a new file and no other file is open right yet. If another file is already open, it makes of sense to show that directory where the current file resides, but if no other file is open, JuffEdd shows me for opening currently the directory pointed to by the environment variable USERPROFILE, which is usually not the place where I would store my files.

I tried to use the property of the Windows lnk file for starting juffed, to specify the working directory for juffed, but this doesn't seem to have any effect.

Maybe we could have an option in the preferences: "Default Directory for File/Open and File/SaveAs....
