It would be great if I could run multiple Juffed's and have them appear in different windows. It appears that when running juffed from the command line, that it checks to see if any juffed is running currently. If it is already running in some other process, it quits and doesn't allow you to run another instance.
Not sure if it satisfies OP, but abilitiy to detach a file (like in Geany) would be fine.
