I followed the instruction to install JUB as a plugin under eclipse.
Then in eclipse I select a class, right click on it, and see the "Build JUnit Test Case" menu item.
When I select "Build JUnit Test Case", I get a popup window saying: "The chosen operation is not currently available".

I'm running Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers (Build id: 20090920-1017) on Mac OS X 10.5.9
