I prepared an XML testcase, but JTS doesn't implement that operation name.

In GEOS, XMLTester allows "polygonize" to run the polygonizer and collect
output in a collection.

btw, it seems like jtstest/function/PolygonizeFunctions.java contains the code that would be needed to support "polygonize" already
