For the first time built from the SF CVS repository.
Contains the new launcher GUI, otherwise lots of minor improvements.
The source distribution's build has been fixed.
Launcher and Jnode are now able to work out the IP of the first interface under Windows. The build file for the source distribution should now work correctly on all platforms and the documentation has been updated to reflect these changes.
This update has several major changes:

Launcher: Commands now have streaming ability
Nodality: Re-useable threads on synchronous invocation
Nodality: User configurable maximum limit for jar cache
Libjtrix: Jar hashes are now consistent after recompilation
API: Initialisation of netlets can now return data
Misc: Tested successfully under IBM's JVM
Misc: Windows script changes
This release fixes several problems. Most notable are fixes for a problem with the Windows batch files and a bug that prevented nodes joining a cluster.
