Hi there,

First of all, JTV does not do clustering, it just displays =20
clustering. You first have to cluster your data with a program such =20
as Cluster 3.0:

Please try downloading and viewing DLim_color.cdt and =20
DLim_color.gtr ] from

I'm sorry the files are so large! I should probably make some smaller =20=

examples, or compress them.
If these files display properly, then if you properly format your =20
files and run them through cluster 3.0, you should be all set.

If you still have problems, feel free to send me some files directly, =20=

and I'll tell you how to make them work.
