[Jtreeview-users] coloring the tree view

Hi There,
I am using java treeview to visualise the clustered
data of my protein experiments.
I would like to know is there a way if I want to color
a perticular mutation with a different color intensity
.
I mean a perticular column in the .cdt file with
different colors rather than the rest of the columns.
