[Jtreeview-users] Changing scale of colorbar

Hello,
I have a dendogram generated in Cluster 3.0 that displays the % of the proteome for a particular protein. Because these are percentages, I only want positive values represented on the dendogram color scale bar. Even when I change the contrast value, it goes from say -5 to 5 but I just want it to go from 0 to 5. I know this is possible since a couple papers whose experiments and data analysis methods I am following have dendograms with scales of only positive numbers and say they used Cluster/JavaTree. I see other people have asked similar questions on here but I have not been able to find any answers. Its possible I am messing something up in Cluster, I am very new to these kinds of programs. If anyone is able to help out, that would be great! Thanks!
