I'm using Mac OS X v1.1.4r3 and cannot get Treeview to save my files after flipping nodes. I first open the .cdt file, then flip either array or gene nodes and click save in the menubar (I've also tried command-s and ctrl-s). The next time I open the file there is no trace of my flipped nodes and everything is back to the original version. Is it not supposed to save the node flips? Is there any way to make JTV save these changes?

The only thing that is currently saved is gene and array annotations (Viewable and Editable via Analysis->ArrayTreeAnno and Analysis->GeneTreeAnno, make sure to push "enter" after you enter text). However, it wouldn't too hard to add this and I'll try and get to it in the next couple weeks. You are the first person to request this, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
